Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights; this does not vary with the amount of people staying in the house (Maximum of ten, if leather sofa bed is used).
The rental for this home during the months of January and Febuary is £480.00 per week. All other times of the year are £550.00 per week. A deposit of £100.00 (Per week) is required at the time of booking (non refundable) .
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your departure date. Detailed directions and key information will be supplied at that time.
